The MN CAM Client Bill of Rights is a form that gives you information about me and my practice, as well as informs you of your rights as a recipient of Complementary and Alternative Therapies. It is legally required to be in your client file.

Required by the state of Minnesota for all complementary and alternative services. It explains that massage therapy is not a subsititue for medical care and that a massage therapist cannot diagnose any medical conditions.
